All orders are prepared and shipped out within 24-48 hours of being placed. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for international orders. If you are charged a customs import fee, please email us and we will refund that charge immediately. Also for Holidays please allow a slightly longer processing time as we do make and prepare all orders by hand and the mail carriers also can cause delays - usually 4-7 days unless otherwise noted.
