Our lightweight botanical body serum provides the glide needed for gentle lymphatic-style massage while conditioning and nourishing the skin.
- Castor Oil: Naturally rich in ricinoleic acid, castor oil provides a rich massage medium that allows slow, gentle strokes across the skin without excessive friction. Its emollient properties also help soften and condition the skin.
- Grapeseed Oil: A lightweight oil rich in linoleic acid and antioxidant compounds. It creates slip without the heaviness of thicker oils, making it particularly useful for full-body massage.
- Sweet Almond Oil: Rich in fatty acids that soften and moisturize the skin while helping the hands glide comfortably over areas prone to tightness or puffiness.
- Jojoba Oil: Technically a liquid wax with excellent skin-conditioning properties. It helps support the skin barrier and gives the serum a silky texture ideal for massage.
- MCT Oil: A lightweight carrier oil that spreads easily across larger areas of the body, allowing you to perform gentle, repetitive massage without pulling at the skin.

Our richer Lymphatic Body Balm is designed for a slower, more concentrated massage. Its balm texture remains on the skin longer, giving you additional working time over areas that feel heavy, tight or puffy.

STEP 1: DRY BRUSH
Before showering, use your Body Dry Brush on dry skin.
Use gentle pressure and slow strokes. Begin with the extremities and work inward toward the torso. Avoid aggressively scrubbing the skin, more pressure isn't necessarily better when the goal is a gentle lymphatic-style routine.
STEP 2 : APPLY LYMPH SERUM
After showering, apply LYMPH Serum to slightly damp or dry skin.
Massage gently into areas where you tend to notice puffiness or heaviness, such as the legs, thighs, abdomen and arms.
Use slow, rhythmic movements rather than deep tissue pressure.
STEP 3 : LAYER LYMPHATIC BODY BALM
For areas that need additional massage, apply a small amount of Lymphatic Body Balm over the serum.
The balm slows down the massage and provides longer-lasting glide, making it ideal for the legs, abdomen, hips and other areas that feel particularly heavy or tight.
STEP 4 : DECONGEST AT NIGHT
Before bed, massage a small amount of DECONGEST into clean, dry underarms.
Use this as an opportunity to perform a few moments of very gentle underarm and upper-chest massage rather than simply applying it like conventional deodorant.
STEP 5 : SOAK + MOVE
Add one RELIEF Foot Pod to comfortably warm water and soak your feet.
Afterward, incorporate several minutes of gentle movement, walking, ankle circles or calf raises are simple options.
