Apply LYMPH Serum to clean skin and massage gently using upward strokes toward major lymphatic areas including:

• Neck
• Underarms
• Abdomen
• Inner thighs
• Behind the knees

Massage slowly for 30–60 seconds to encourage warmth and circulation.

Best used daily after showering on warm skin, when pores are open and circulation is elevated.
