BOTH! Your Herbal hour is an herbal tea body wrap that also treats the body with transdermal magnesium therapy. We place our proprietary tea blend and the epsom salts inside the small brew bag. You then fill the jar with warm water (jar containing the brew bag and the wrap). Let the tea brew in the water, permeate the wrap and then remove from the water after about 10 minutes and apply to your body for up to an hour. Remove and repeat once a day (or as needed) for 5-10 Days.

• Heat water in the microwave or over the stove.
• Pour Water into the jar until jar is full. Leave brew bag closed and contents inside the bag. Put lid on; make sure to let the water sit for about 5-10 minutes, until the liquid in the jar is dark and fully permeates the wrap.
• Remove the wrap from the jar and squeeze, straining the water back into the jar.
• Wrap around your lower mid-section area (lower ribs and below) tightly (You can also wrap your legs/arms/neck etc). Don't wrap tight enough to where it is uncomfortable but you want it snug enough so that it won't slide.
• *OPTIONAL: Cover with plastic kitchen wrap and tuck underneath the lower part of the wrap. This will keep your clothes dry and help retain your body heat and prevent the wrap from drying out.
• After 1 hour (or more) remove wrap.
• Rinse wrap with cold water in between each use to clean out what has been extracted in the process of being applied to the skin. After you remove the wrap, re-roll it and place it back into the jar with the water. DO NOT pour out water, you will use it next time!
• Around use 4-5 you may need to refill with water. The brew bag concentration is enough for one or two refills if necessary.
• To reheat the wrap simply squeeze the water back into the jar and place the wrap in a bowl/plate and microwave or heat on stove top until it is warm/hot once again (not too hot for your skin!)
• USE EVERY DAY CONSECUTIVELY FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR BUNDLE PURCHASED FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS.

Each wrap and brew bag is good for up to 15 uses. You can top the water off each time around use 4/5 and after you have finished your 15 uses you can toss them both in the trash OR you can rewash either to use them again.

Yes definitely! Refrigerate the water and only reheat the damp wrap itself, not the water. We do not want to compromise the quality of the ingredients by reheating the entire jar of water each time.

YES! The wrap is extremely absorbent as it is extracting the toxins from your skin. As dead skin cells will be lost in the process, you will definitely want to rinse the wrap with water between each use. We do not recommend washing the wrap in the washing machine as the detergent may interfere with the ingredients during the next use.
