Easy Healthy Applesauce Recipe
This is a really simple but tasty recipe that takes about a minute to prepare.
Ingredients
2 large apples with skin
1 large banana, peeled
1 tablespoon of water
dash of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Blend two apples and one banana together in a blender. You will need to add a little bit of water to make it creamy. Start with a tablespoon and keep adding water one tablespoon at a time until you get the texture you want. Add about 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon to flavor.
